A PERSON I ADMIRE...

This person is Miss Neide Trevisan, the manager of the group of three buildings where I’ve been living for twenty four years.

She had been a regular spouse and mother until she was near her sixties. When some evidences emerged that the ex-manager was dealing for his own illegal profit, based on corruption, it came the opportunity to Miss Trevisan to change the path of her life.

Then she got the chance to perform her managerial skills out of home. She doesn’t have any deep academic knowledge, but she has a strong sense based on intuition, empiric observation. She has a tendency to authoritarism, but this feature helps her to deal with some workers and businessmen that have the same trait. Generally, she imposes her orders or choices without resistance. She presents the arguments and makes good decisions.

As she is very honest, she is respected by the owners, as by the employees, by the suppliers and all people with whom she deals. Even when she tries to solve particular demands, she always keeps the major interests of the group she represents.

She has been reelected for successive biannual periods. When an alternative candidate appears, she wins easily, without any electoral campaign.

Recently, she joined the building in a group which is inter-connected for security issues, in a new schema of reciprocal defense against all kinds of robbers and thieves. This strategy can be spread as a new efficient model.

Recently, Miss Trevisan’s husband preferred to move to a smaller city. She moved with him, but she kept the responsibilities with the building, and she divides her time smartly. So, she continues with the responsibilities at home and managing the building, dividing her time in a flexible way.

Doing so, she looks like a happy, satisfied and well succeeded person.
