He’s one of the most famous singers of the popular music, Frank Sinatra crossed generations as a reference of the North-American song in the XX century.
Francis Albert Sinatra was born on December12th,1915. He was a son of a firefighter. He abandoned his studies to dedicate himself to music. He got a job in a night club. In 1940, became a member of the Tommy Dorsey orchestra.















In 1942, he recorded some songs for his solo career test.
“Swing and Dance with Frank Sinatra” was launched in 1944. Sinatra participated of the musical Anchors Aweigh. He was one of the main pop idols.
“September of My Years” and “A man and His Music” won the Grammy for best disc. On the second disc, the best songs were “Something? Stupid” and “My Way”. In 1971, he announced his retirement, but he got back 3 years later.

Frank Sinatra died in May 14th, 1998. He had a heart attack.
